Odan\u0131n ilk reisi Ni\u015fan Efendi\u2019dir. 1904 y\u0131l\u0131nda Oda Ticaret ve Sanayi Odas\u0131, Ziraat Odas\u0131 olarak iki ayr\u0131 te\u015fkilat olarak faaliyetini s\u00fcrd\u00fcrmeye ba\u015flam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Hen\u00fcz 5\u20136 bin n\u00fcfuslu bir kasaba iken Ticaret ve Sanayi Odas\u0131n\u0131n Kurulmas\u0131 ilimizde daha o zamanlardaki ticari hayat\u0131n canl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 hakk\u0131nda bize fikir vermektedir.<\/p>\n<p class=\"style8\" align=\"justify\">Odan\u0131n Kurulu\u015f y\u0131llar\u0131ndaki \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 hakk\u0131nda bir belgeye rastlan\u0131lmam\u0131\u015f olmas\u0131na ra\u011fmen 1907 y\u0131l\u0131nda 62 \u00fcyesi oldu\u011fu tespit edilmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p class=\"style8\" align=\"justify\">1906\u20131915 y\u0131llar\u0131 aras\u0131nda oda kay\u0131t defterlerine g\u00f6re tespit edilen \u00fcye say\u0131s\u0131 175 oldu\u011fu anla\u015f\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu d\u00f6nemde odaya kay\u0131t\u0131l \u00fcyelerin ticari i\u015f kollarl\u0131 olarak tespit edilen bran\u015flar \u015fu \u015fekilde olmu\u015ftur; Zahire, Atariye, Manifatura, K\u0131rtasiye, Debda\u011f, Sarrafl\u0131k, Kafsile, \u015eayak, E\u015fyay\u0131 Menkule, Emtiay\u0131 Ticariye, A\u015far, M\u00fcltezimi, Kire\u00e7, Matbuat, aktariye, Mefru\u015fat, Yol, Kereste \u015feklindedir.<\/p>\n<p class=\"style8\" align=\"justify\">Bu d\u00f6nemde tespit edilen i\u015f kollar\u0131n\u0131n ana a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131\u011f\u0131 zahire ticaretinde toplanmakta ve di\u011fer meslek kollar\u0131 ise Manifatura, Tuhafiye, Kerestedir.<\/p>\n<p class=\"style8\" align=\"justify\">Odan\u0131n kurulu\u015fundan sonra Balkan Sava\u015f\u0131n\u0131n \u00e7\u0131kmas\u0131 ve 1. D\u00fcnya Savas\u0131n\u0131n getirdi\u011fi zorluklar nedeni ile 1919 y\u0131l\u0131na kadar faaliyetini s\u00fcrd\u00fcrmesine ra\u011fmen bu d\u00f6nemden sonra oda faaliyetlerinin bir s\u00fcre durdu\u011fu g\u00f6r\u00fclm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr.<\/p>\n<p class=\"style8\" align=\"justify\">1921 y\u0131l\u0131nda Ordu\u2019nun sancak yap\u0131lmas\u0131 ile birlikte yeniden Odan\u0131n Ordu Ticaret ve Sanayi Odas\u0131 olarak faaliyetlerine ba\u015flad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6rmekteyiz. Bu tarihlerde odaya kay\u0131tl\u0131 t\u00fcccar say\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n 376 oldu\u011fu g\u00f6r\u00fclmektedir. Yine bu devrede i\u015f kollar\u0131n\u0131n i\u00e7inde en y\u00fcksek say\u0131 tutan bran\u015f bakkallar olmu\u015ftur. \u0130kinci s\u0131rada manavlar yer alm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bir \u00f6nceki d\u00f6nemde birinci s\u0131rada bulunan zahirecilerin arka s\u0131ralara d\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc\u011f\u00fc g\u00f6r\u00fclmektedir. Kay\u0131tlar incelendi\u011finde 1923 y\u0131l\u0131nda t\u00fcccarlar\u0131n tamamen T\u00fcrkle\u015fti\u011fini 3\u20134 Ermeni Vatanda\u015f\u0131n D\u0131\u015f\u0131nda di\u011fer az\u0131nl\u0131klar\u0131n ticareti terk etti\u011fi g\u00f6r\u00fclmektedir.<\/p>\n<p class=\"style8\" align=\"justify\">1948 y\u0131l\u0131nda 4355 say\u0131l\u0131 kanunla birlikte Odan\u0131n il\u00e7elerde ajanl\u0131k yetkisinin kald\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 ile il\u00e7elerde bulunan 195 tacir, 193 esnaf\u0131n oda kay\u0131tlar\u0131 silinmi\u015f sadece Ordu Belediyesi i\u00e7inde faaliyet g\u00f6steren 434 tacir, 223 esnaftan olu\u015fan 657 \u00fcyenin oda yat\u0131lar\u0131 kalm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu durum 1950 y\u0131l\u0131nda 5590 say\u0131l\u0131 kanunun y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fck tarihine kadar devam etmi\u015ftir. 1950 sonras\u0131 yeni kanun tatbiki ile de esnaf konumunda olan \u00fcyelerin oda kay\u0131tlar\u0131 silinmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p class=\"style8\" align=\"justify\">Bu geli\u015fme neticesinde 1948 y\u0131l\u0131nda 657 olan \u00fcye say\u0131s\u0131 1950 y\u0131l\u0131nda 466\u2019ya d\u00fc\u015fm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr. 1955 y\u0131l\u0131nda 586\u2019ya y\u00fckselen \u00fcye say\u0131s\u0131 1965 y\u0131l\u0131nda 540, 1970 y\u0131l\u0131nda 669, 1974 y\u0131l\u0131nda 700 say\u0131s\u0131na ula\u015fm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. 1975 y\u0131l\u0131nda d\u00fc\u015f\u00fc\u015f g\u00f6zlenmi\u015f ve say\u0131 663\u2019e inmi\u015f, 1977 y\u0131l\u0131nda ise tekrar y\u00fckselerek 703 \u00fcye say\u0131s\u0131na ula\u015fm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p class=\"style8\" align=\"justify\">1998 y\u0131l\u0131nda 2300 \u00fcye say\u0131s\u0131na sahip olan oda, 2003 y\u0131l\u0131nda re\u2019sen terk ettirilen \u00fcyelerinde etkisi ile 2000 faal \u00fcye say\u0131s\u0131na gerilemi\u015f, g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcze gelindi\u011finde ise Odam\u0131z faal \u00fcye say\u0131s\u0131 2600\u2019e y\u00fckselmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p class=\"style8\" align=\"justify\">1978\u2019li y\u0131llarda odan\u0131n fiziki yap\u0131s\u0131 Genel Sekreter, Muamelat Memuru, Muhasebe Memuru, Ticaret Sicil Memuru, Ticaret Sicil Memuru Yard\u0131mc\u0131s\u0131, Veznedar ve 1 hizmetli olmak \u00fczere toplam 7 personelden olu\u015fmakta olup, hizmet alan\u0131 olarak, Meclis Toplant\u0131 Odas\u0131, Y\u00f6netim Kurulu odas\u0131, Genel Sekreter odas\u0131, Ticaret Sicil odas\u0131, Muamelat Odas\u0131, Muhasebe Odas\u0131ndan \u0130baret olup, oda \u00fcyesi say\u0131s\u0131 715 olarak kar\u015f\u0131m\u0131za \u00e7\u0131kmaktad\u0131r. 1983 y\u0131l\u0131nda Personel say\u0131s\u0131 7\u2019ye d\u00fc\u015fm\u00fc\u015f ancak, 1984 y\u0131l\u0131nda tekrar 7\u2019ye \u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. 2003\u2019e gelindi\u011finde ise \u00fcye say\u0131s\u0131 2000\u2019lere y\u00fckselmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p class=\"style8\" align=\"justify\">2003 y\u0131l\u0131nda Odam\u0131z\u0131n faal \u00fcyelerinin %46\u2019ini Limited \u015eirketler, %40 Hakiki \u015eah\u0131slar, %8\u2019ini Anonim \u015eirketler, %2\u2019sini Kollektif \u015eirketler, %2\u2019sini Yap\u0131 Kooperatifi ve yine %2\u2019sini Motorlu Ta\u015f\u0131y\u0131c\u0131lar kooperatifi Olu\u015fturmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<h2 align=\"justify\">G\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde OTSO<\/h2>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-2084 alignleft\" style=\"text-align: justify;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.otso.org.tr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/otso.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"323\" height=\"242\" \/><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">1900&#8217;l\u00fc y\u0131llarda kurulan ve o d\u00f6nemde Ticaret alt kollar\u0131ndan olu\u015fan Meslek Gruplar\u0131 ile 1915&#8217;te 175 \u00fcyesi oldu\u011fu belirlenen Odam\u0131z 2006 y\u0131l\u0131nda 20 Meslek Grubu ve bunlara ba\u011fl\u0131 122 Z\u00fcmre&#8217;den olu\u015fan 6620 kay\u0131tl\u0131 \u00fcye ve 2600 Aktif faal \u00fcyeden olu\u015fan bir yap\u0131ya ula\u015fm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Ge\u00e7mi\u015f d\u00f6nemde daha \u00e7ok Zahire ve Ticari Emtia ile Mefru\u015fat, Manifatura faaliyetlerine ek k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck el sanatlar\u0131n\u0131 i\u00e7eren ticari yap\u0131 g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde imalat ve sanayi sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fc de i\u00e7erecek \u015feklide geli\u015fim g\u00f6stermi\u015f, hizmetler sekt\u00f6r\u00fc \u00f6nemli bir yere ula\u015fm\u0131\u015f \u00f6zellikle in\u015faat taahh\u00fct sekt\u00f6r\u00fc ekonomide etkin bir konuma gelmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">\u00dcyelik genel yap\u0131s\u0131 H\u0131zla de\u011fi\u015fim g\u00f6stermi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">1011 Ger\u00e7ek ki\u015fi tacire kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131k 1589 adet t\u00fczel ki\u015filik \u00fcyeli\u011fi odam\u0131z\u0131n yeni yap\u0131lanmas\u0131n\u0131n da \u015feklini olu\u015fturmaktad\u0131r. A.\u015e. ve Ltd.\u015eti. \u015eeklindeki ortakl\u0131klar\u0131 Yap\u0131 Kooperatifleri ve Tar\u0131msal Kooperatifler takip etmekte ve \u00fcyelerimizin kurumsal ki\u015fili\u011fi \u00f6n plana \u00e7\u0131kmaya ba\u015flam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">1980&#8217;li y\u0131llarda yakla\u015f\u0131k 100 m\u00b2&#8217;lik bir alanda hizmet sunan odam\u0131z bu g\u00fcn her katta 300 m\u00b2 olmak \u00fczere toplam 900 m\u00b2 ve \u00fc\u00e7 katta hizmet verme \u00e7abas\u0131n\u0131 s\u00fcrd\u00fcrmektedir.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Halen odam\u0131zda \u0130kisi a\u00e7\u0131k \u00f6\u011fretim olmak \u00fczere 11adet lisans, 2 adet \u00f6nlisans ve 1 adet lise Mezunu Toplam 14 Personel stat\u00fc Hukuk Kapsam\u0131nda Hizmet vermektedir.<\/p>\n<p Toplant\u0131 Brifing salonu, Komite Toplant\u0131 Salonu ve Yeterli Miktarda Ba\u015fkanl\u0131k ve Hizmet odalar\u0131 ile \u0130dari Te\u015fkilatlanmas\u0131n\u0131 tamamlayan Odam\u0131z \u00e7a\u011fda\u015f ileti\u015fim ve b\u00fcro teknolojileri temin etmi\u015f ve yeterli kullan\u0131m kabiliyetini sa\u011flam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">B\u00fct\u00e7esini
